Hosted by Rhea Morales, certified yoga instructor, personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist.

Rhea is a full time fitness professional and has taught yoga and trained clients for almost 20 years. She has a background in martial arts, weight training, running, chi kung, Alexander Technique, Pilates, Yoga and corrective exercise. Through proper training and motivation, she has healed many people from injuries, chronic pain and fatigue, only to get stronger than they ever imagined they could.
